Gallery On The Move is pleased to announce its participation at Art Cologne 2017 with works by Helidon Xhixha and Fani Zguro. For this edition Gallery On The Move participate at section Galleries, Hall 11.2, Stand E-006. Helidon Xhixha presents a new series of sculpture in mirror polished stainless still in variable dimensions and Fani Zguro presents four different works on paper's series. Art Cologne its open from 26 to 29 April, 2017.

Helidon Xhixha was born in 1970 in Durrës. Lives and works in Novara and Dubai. While waiting to begin his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana, he decided to move to Italy where he attended the Accademia delle Belle Arti di Brera in Milan. Awarded a scholarship in 1998, he attended London's Kingston University where he developed his techniques of engraving, sculpting and photography. He was graduated from Accademia delle Belle Arti di Brera in Milan in February 1999. Xhixha is the winner of Public Medal at the 1st Edition of London Design Biennale in 2016. He had exhibited also at La Biennale di Venezia 2015, Biennale of Design London 2016, Artissima Turin, Palazzo Reale Turin, Co-Pilot Istanbul, Temporary Gallery Cologne, DOCVA Viafarini Milan, National Gallery of Arts Tirana, National Gallery of Kosovo Prishtina and Galleria degli Uffizi Florence.

Fani Zguro was born in 1977 in Tirana. Lives and works in Berlin. Zguro was graduated at Accademia delle Belle Arti di Brera in Milan (1998-2007). In 2007 he won the International Onufri Prize organized by National Gallery of Arts in Tirana; in 2016 the International Mulliqi Prize organized by the National Gallery of Kosovo in Prishtina and Best Video-Art organized by TIFF. Zguro is actually part of the program AiR at Q21, Museumsquartier in Vienna. He has exhibited at Haus der Kulturen der Welt Berlin, National Museum of Contemporary Art Bucharest, Musée des Civilisations de l'Europe et de la Mediterranée Marseille, Filmoteca Espanola Madrid, Docva Careof Milan, 2nd Tirana Biennale, 3rd Mardin Biennale, 4th Young Artists Biennale of Bucharest, Ludwig Museum Budapest, Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art Rijeka, Public Library New York and Centre Pompidou Paris.
