Open Call POPPOSITIONS 2015: Turn art fairs to art laboratories

POPPOSITIONS is welcoming submissions for its 2015 edition, that will take place in a former post building at the canal side in Brussels. Eager to keep positioning itself vis-à-vis the prevailing art market, this year's quote 'Whatever you think, think something else, whatever you do, do something else' by Robert Filliou sets the tone. The open call is shaped as a manifesto and invites galleries and other hybrid art spaces to make one or two proposals.

Application is free, participation is 200 euros if selected. We'd rather select on the quality of the proposals then on the capacity to pay. POPPOSITIONS has at least 10,000 sq meters open for experimentation, 10 minutes by car from Art Brussels, in a central location.

POPPOSITIONS will be held from 24 - 26 April 2015 (during Art Brussels), at Kanalwharf, the former post building at the Akenkaai / Quai des Péniches in Brussels.
