Context Gallery, Derry Seeks New Director
The Context Gallery enjoys a reputation as one of the most vibrant spaces for contemporary art on the island of Ireland. With Derry-Londonderry hosting the first ever UK City of Culture in 2013, it is an exciting time for cultural development in the city. It is also an exciting time for the gallery, which will have a major role to play in this event.
The Context Gallery is currently seeking an individual with flair and imagination to curate, manage and administer this public contemporary art space. The successful candidate will inspire innovation and excellence in programming and will enhance the artistic reputation of the gallery and its public profile.
The Director shall report to The Board of Management.
Salary Scale: GBP 24,646 – 26, 276
NICVA Senior Officer 1 Payscale
