Gresol association presents the 7th edition of the International Meeting of Women Live Art/Performance Artists which will take place in the Mercè Cultural Centre in Gerona, Spain.
Parallel to the performance programme, well known art critics and writers will take part in the 1st International Seminar of Performance Art organised by the Chair of Contemporary Art and Culture at Gerona University and presented in the Graus Sala at the University in Gerona.

There is also a programme of workshops run by the participating artists for highschool art students and artists and a free open workshop.
During the festival there will be a programme of projections of images from other performance/live art festivals.
In this editon of FEM, we pay hommage to the women who have acheived a life time of creativity through the language of live art/performance and at the same time we will showcase the work of young artists who are representative of new generations. FEM_10 will create a space  where the transmission of knowledge, experience and wisdom between generations will be possible.
We will reflect upon the theme of the body as an instrument of communication as well as themes of maturity and presence.
