Austrian painter Stylianos Schicho - the latest addition to C-Collection
C-Collection currently represents artists and their works from more than 20 countries over different continents. The collection's aim is to foster and promote creativity. We at C-Collection mainly invest in young and budding artists and designers - regardless of their religion or nationality. Subscriber users can participate in and influence purchasing decisions through an online vote to determine which of the most popular works submitted should be included in the collection. For this reason, C-Collection introduces a current artwork by Austrian artist Stylianos Schicho. In his works, the supposedly anomymous observer behind a surveillance camera finds himself drawn into a panoptic situation: human objects, gazing back at the lense and sensing the stranger's observing glance.
