Exhibitions positions at the Whitechapel Gallery

In preparation for the opening of the expanded Whitechapel in Spring 2009, the Gallery is seeking three organised, dedicated people to join the Exhibitions Team.

Exhibitions Organiser (Full time permanent position)

To liaise with artists, lenders and institutions to realise an exciting programme of exhibitions at the Gallery
Starting salary range: £20,000 - £22,000

Assistant Gallery Manager (Full time position for a fixed term of 12 months)

To assist the Gallery Manager in taking care, and installation of all works of art entrusted to the gallery.
Starting salary range: £21,000 - £24,000

Interviews will be held on: Friday 29 August 2008

Archivist (Full time permanent position)

To conserve and manage the Whitechapel's 107 year-old archive and animate it for enjoyment by the public.
Starting salary range: £21,000 - £24,000
Deadline for application: Wednesday 3 September 2008
Interviews will be held on: Wednesday 10 September 2008
