Call for Artists: CICA Young Korean Artists Solo Show Series Spring 2018

CICA Museum invites Korean artists worldwide and international artists based in Korea to participate in the Young Korean Artists Show Series Spring 2018 and the publication. Each selected artist will have a solo exhibition for a week in the gallery space (around 44m2) at the CICA Museum. The artists will be also featured in the the e-book, 'CICA Young Korean Artists #2,' which will be available via Amazon. The printed version will be available by order.

– Video & New Media Art

*Timeline:
October 10, 2017: Close submissions
Between January and May 2018: Young Korean Artists Show Series 2017
July 1, 2018: Expected publication date of 'CICA Young Korean Artists #2'

*How to submit your work:
– Please send us up to 10 JPG portfolio images and/or up to 3 direct links to video/ web/interactive art, your artist statement, and bio. Please email them to cicamuseum.submission@gmail.com.
***Preferred formats for text: DOC, TXT, or PDF
***We do not accept ZIP or HWP files.
– Please write 'Submission: Contemporary Art Solo Show – Artist's Name' in the subject line of your email.

If your work is selected, you will be required to pay the show maintenance fee: $500 (USD). The artist is responsible for the installation, shipment and delivery of his/her work to and from CICA Museum, as well as all related expenses.
