The Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna intends to appoint the following position:

University professor

according to § 98 of the Universities Act 2002 (Universitätsgesetz 2002) for Graphic Arts and Printmaking Techniques at the Institute for Fine Arts. This appointment is from 01.10.2017 until 30.09.2022.

Requirements for application:
▪excellent artistic qualification in the field;
▪a degree in the field or a qualification that may be considered equivalent;
▪proof of international exhibition activity;
▪proof of pedagogic and didactic qualification;
▪willingness to participate in university committees and to cooperate with colleagues;
▪excellent German and English language skills

The duties cover teaching at least 17 units a week of individual artistic supervision.

The monthly gross pay according to the collective bargaining agreement for employees of universities in the pay group A1 is currently € 4.842,7. Salary may be increased contingent upon candidates' qualifications.
