National Gallery of Arts in Tirana is proud to present the 22nd International Onufri Prize, 'Stranger than Kindness – Mitrush Kuteli', curated by albanian artist Fani Zguro… with the support of The Albanian Ministry of Tourism, Cultural Affairs, Youth and Sports. The exhibition will occupy all the spaces of National Gallery of Arts and part of this show are also the special projects 'Cinema' and 'Taxi' (originates by Anri Sala's 'No Formula One No Cry – Taxi').
