Opening group exhibition VIRUS, with Nel Aerts, Emmanuel Bayon, Jo Caimo, Helmut Dick, Régis Perray and Roeland Tweelinckx.
A titillating event, including, among others, a mega-intervention and an experiment by Jo Caimo, where the visitor is challenged to test his Red Ears-meter.
The exhibitions Kalisj by Gerard Herman and A Bit Beyond PINGPONG by Robbert & Frank Frank & Robbert will be open during this event. The latter have something extra in store… something 'wild'!
The group exhibition VIRUS is part of a power line in the Netwerk Programme, in which various aspects of the broad spectrum of art and society are placed under the microscope. The exhibition brings together six artists, who each deal with a different practice in relation to caring for physical and social reality. Their modus operandi spreads outward virally from the exhibition space into bruised areas of the public space via acute interventions.
