The interdisciplinary arts festival Belluard Bollwerk International takes place over ten days every year, announcing the summer in Fribourg - a city that lies on the crossroads of the German and French speaking parts of Switzerland. This year the festival celebrates its 30th birthday, as always presenting many new and inspiring Swiss and international projects from the fields of theatre, dance, performance, visual arts, video and music.

The Belluard Festival programmes established companies and produces a number of new pieces by emerging artists through an open call, this year based on the theme FUTURE NOSTALGIA.
