Funen Art Academy (Det Fynske Kunstakademi) is accepting applications for its five-year independent higher education study program in contemporary visual arts.
The study at Funen Art Academy is internationally recognized and aims to educate visual artists based on the core values of international exchange, workshop-based teaching methods, and collaboration between students and teachers crossing artistic media and study years.
There are no demands for former education but English language skills are necessary as teaching is done in English. The school is open for international students and does not charge a tuition fee.
Funen Art Academy admits students on two levels – Basic Module (1st – 3rd year) and Advanced Module (4th – 5th year.) For more information on the structure of the Academy we refer to our Study Plan 2013/2014 at www.funenartacademy.com
Funen Art Academy is located in Odense, Denmark and is situated in the same complex as The Kunsthallen Brandts, The Museum of Photography and The Media Museum.
